Adults and adolescents over 14 years
- 1 – 2 coated tablets 3 times a day (equivalent to 24 – 48 mg bromhexine hydrochloride per day)

Children and adolescents between 6 and 14 years of age and patients weighing less than 50 kg
- 1 coated tablet 3 times a day (equivalent to 24 mg bromhexine hydrochloride per day)

- Medicines with a lower active ingredient content are available for children under 6 years of age.

- In the case of impaired kidney function or severe liver disease, this medicinal product should be used more frequently or at a reduced dose. Please ask your doctor about this.

Duration of application
- The duration of use depends on the type and severity of the disease and should be decided by the attending physician.
