- 3 x daily 16 – 33 drops (equivalent to 24 – 48 mg bromhexine hydrochloride daily)

Children and adolescents between the ages of 6 and 14 and patients weighing less than 50 kg
- 16 drops 3 x daily (equivalent to 24 mg bromhexine hydrochloride daily)

Children from 2 to 6 years
- 8 drops 3 x daily (equivalent to 12 mg bromhexine hydrochloride daily)

- In the case of impaired kidney function or severe liver disease, this medicine should be taken at greater intervals or at a reduced dose. Please ask your doctor about this.
