    Day Recommended dosage:
    3 x daily 2 Cistus can dissolve in the mouth slowly incanus Lozenges. 6 Cistus incanus lozenges contain an average of 123 mg total polyphenols.

    Application:
    If necessary, allow 1-2 Cystus® lozenges to dissolve slowly in the mouth during the day. In case of acute need, put 1-2 pastilles in the cheek pockets when you go to bed and let them slowly dissolve overnight. The valuable Cystus® extract comes into its own when it remains in the oropharynx for a long time. After eating, drinking or brushing your teeth, it is advisable to use Cystus® lozenges again. You can safely use up to 12 lozenges per day.
