Push the neck of the bottle into the lip pocket and release some Dental Can by briefly pressing the bottle. Do not spray down the throat! Then massage the corresponding side of the mouth briefly. Repeat the process on the other side. Treatment with a small sponge or toothbrush is also very effective.
