    • The medicine is a tapeworm remedy and works locally through direct contact with the tapeworm head (Skolex). Niclosamide (the active ingredient) inhibits the parasite s internal breathing and the head and adjacent limbs die. As a result, the link chain loses its hold and goes with the defecation in whole or in smaller parts.

                                                                                        • Duration of application
                                                                                          • Unless otherwise prescribed, the treatment of the beef, pork and fish tapeworm lasts 1 day, the treatment of the dwarf tapeworm lasts 7 days.
